Raf Simons brought forth a collection that Tim Blanks has coined with the word 'maximalism'. In an array of vibrant clashing colours, perfectly executed, Raf showed a mature and directional collection under Jil Sander.
Even though many pieces look like their made for plus sizes only, I love the excess of their size. The silhouette looks really new as no-one has really dared stretch to these proportions for fear of commercial suicide. However shown alongside sharp tailoring and great jackets including an array of nylon parks, the collection still keeps a lot of buyers happy.
